I anticipated you would be busy
on New Year's Eve, so I
pre-ordered at lunchtime for
delivery (5 minutes away from
you) at 7.05pm. At 7.45 we
finally managed to get through by
phone to check you were
processing our order, which
finally arrived at 8.50! I did
offer to collect it, but was
advised it wouldn't make our
order available any more quickly!
I decided to cook a starter at
8pm as we were getting hungry.
The food wasn't quite up to your
usual standards - the prawn puri
was a bit soggy, but all our
other dishes were fine, just very

We are very sorry not being able to provide the usual service normally we offer to our clients. Our food is cook to order and we had just too many customers wanting to order over the phone as we had to close our online ordering portal due to high volume orders. We tried to reach you next day to explain and resolve that what had happened on that day but we couldn’t reach you.. we are very apologetic to all our clients on this day service. Many thanks
We are still waiting for our
special New Year's treat 3 hours
and 25 minutes since ordering.
They won't pick up the phone to
let us know if we'll ever receive
our tea. When we reach 4 hours,
I'll be starting cooking myself.
We chose to support a local
business. Had they given even
minimum customer service (i.e.
talk to us), we would have
accepted it was a busy night.
BUT, in the circumstances, they
have just lost some loyal

I ordered a delivery around
5.15pm, with a total time for
delivery showing as 65 minutes.
It's been two hours since
ordering, and the delivery still
hasn't arrived. After 1h 20
minutes I called the restaurant,
they told me it would be here in
5 minutes. I'm really
disappointed with this service. I
would be grateful to hear from
the manager how I can be
compensated for this. As I have a
small child the timing is quite
important for the food to arrive.
